Health Workforce Queensland invites graduates to join a structured REAL New Graduate Program with direct mentorship from senior physiotherapists. You will build a diverse caseload across Beaudesert, Jimboomba and Yarrabilba clinics while developing clinical skills in a supportive team.

Offering a salary of 72,000–100,000 AUD per year plus superannuation and a driving allowance, the role is permanent full time (38 hours weekly) with strong emphasis on work‑life balance and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Eligible for AHPRA registration in Australia.
• APA registration is required or preferred.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Work with a multidisciplinary allied health team to manage care.
• Assess and treat MSK and sports injuries, and plan rehab.
• Perform functional assessments and design treatment programs.
• Utilise manual therapy, exercise, massage and electrotherapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and progress reviews.
• Contribute to admin and marketing activities including newsletters.
• Engage in prevention programs and home exercise prescription.

This well-respected allied health provider operates across multiple locations throughout South Brisbane and the Scenic Rim. The multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, remedial massage therapists and traditional Chinese acupuncturists.

Job tasks and responsibilities include:

• Working with an experienced multidisciplinary allied health team.




• Assessing, treating and managing patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, cardiorespiratory conditions, disabilities, neurological disorders, post-operative rehabilitation needs and return-to-sport performance.




• Performing muscle, nerve, joint and functional assessments to identify and diagnose physical conditions.




• Designing treatment programs to address client goals and presentations.




• Treating clients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, improve cardiothoracic, cardiovascular and respiratory functions, restore joint mobility and improve balance and coordination.




• Utilising manual therapy, exercise, massage, manipulation, hydrotherapy and electrotherapy to support client outcomes.




• Reviewing, monitoring and evaluating treatment programs.




• Consulting with other health professionals regarding client needs and progress.




• Providing guidance to clients and their families regarding home management strategies.




• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.




• Developing and implementing preventative health and health promotion programs.




• Providing individualised exercise prescription programs where appropriate.




• Assisting with administration and marketing activities including newsletters, articles, photography and social media.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Physiotherapy qualification.




• Current AHPRA registration.




• APA registration.




• Current First Aid certification.




• Current driver's licence.




• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.




• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.




• Ability to work collaboratively with physiotherapists, allied health professionals and administrative staff.
