Job summary

Intrinsic Health Group in Burpengary, Queensland, is opening a brand-new allied health clinic in October 2026—and we’re seeking a Physiotherapist to join us from day one.

You'll work in a collaborative MDT, with dedicated admin support five days a week, conducting assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, including home visits and community outreach to grow our Physiotherapy service.

What you'll earn: $45–$58 per hour + super, with full-time preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with Bachelor’s degree and AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ physiotherapy experience.
• Full Australian working rights and driver license.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
• Supporting mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals.
• Developing tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Local home and community visits.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
• Building local referral relationships and growing the Physiotherapy service.
• Optional collaboration with Vitality Movement Centre in Birtinya.

Intrinsic Health is opening a brand-new, purpose-built allied health clinic in Burpengary in October 2026 — and we’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join us from the start.

This is more than a new role. It’s an opportunity to help shape a growing service, build strong local connections and make your mark from day one.

You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) alongside Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists, with dedicated administration support five days a week and access to our broader allied health network.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll enjoy a varied caseload across our clinic and the local community, supporting clients to achieve meaningful health, mobility and independence goals.

Your day may include:

• Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
• Supporting mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals
• Developing tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Local home and community visits
• Working closely with our multidisciplinary team
• Building local referral relationships and helping grow our Physiotherapy service

And if you’re looking for even more variety, there may be opportunities to spend time with our established MD team at the state-of-the-art Vitality Movement Centre in Birtinya. This is completely optional.

About you

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who is hands-on, clinically confident and genuinely enjoys working directly with clients.

You’ll have a strong interest in hands‑on Physiotherapy, including mobilisation, manipulation and manual therapy techniques, and enjoy taking a practical approach to assessment and treatment.

You’ll also be someone who is:

• Confident delivering hands‑on assessment and treatment
• Skilled in mobilisation, manipulation and manual therapy techniques
• Person‑centred and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients
• Adaptable and comfortable working across clinic and community settings
• Positive, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a new service

Experience across musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, disability, community or older‑person Physiotherapy would be highly regarded.

You’ll need:

• A recognised Physiotherapy qualification (minimum Bachelor’s Degree)
• 2+ years’ experience
• Current AHPRA General registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Australian driver licence and access to a suitable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
