Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is hiring a Physiotherapist to join a hybrid community-based team in South West Sydney. This role supports clients in NDIS and Aged Care, with supervision from senior therapists and a realistic caseload designed for new graduates to early-career clinicians.

Based in Liverpool or Oran Park, you will work 8:30am–5:00pm, in a supportive multidisciplinary setting with strong clinical backing and development opportunities such as CPD allowances and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
• New graduate to 2-3 years' experience in similar setting.
• Experience or interest in community health and aging care.
• Willingness to work in hybrid onsite/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in community settings (NDIS & Aged Care).
• Deliver clinical assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
• Work in hybrid model across South West Sydney with travel to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and provide supervision/training as needed.

This is a hybrid community-based role working across NDIS and Aged Care, suitable for new graduates through to early-career physiotherapists. Telehealth is not part of this role.
