Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Physiotherapist (Grade 3) to join our growing team on a part-time (0.4EFT) fixed term basis until 30 November 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across a broad range of outpatient programs including general outpatients (post-acute hospital admissions), ante and post-natal (including maternity unit), Osteoarthritis Hip and Knee Services, Fracture Clinic, and paediatrics outpatients.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, supervision and education to physiotherapists, students, and allied health staff.
  • Coordinate and contribute to effective delivery and ongoing development of outpatient physiotherapy services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, person-centred care.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement, service innovation and professional development initiatives.
About you / Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 7 years' demonstrated experience in physiotherapy clinical practice, including significant experience in outpatient services.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and supervising staff and students.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary physiotherapy practice and commitment to evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, professional development and advancing the physiotherapy profession.
