Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. Helensvale-based private practice is seeking a Physiotherapist with general MSK expertise. You will work alongside an experienced principal, gaining hands-on skills and practical treatment approaches day-to-day.

The role focuses on manual therapy plus exercise and patient education, with EPC, WorkCover and DVA case management. You will join a small, supportive team and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work.

Competenze

• AHPRA registration is essential (QLD or eligible to register).
• Interest in private MSK practice and hands-on care.
• Strong hands-on skills and willingness to learn from an experienced clinician.
• Clear communication with patients and teamwork in a small clinic.

Learn hands-on treatment from a physio who has done it for a very long time

Plenty of roles promise mentoring. In this one it's part of how the practice runs. You'd be joining a small private practice as one of two physios, working beside an experienced principal who is happy to pass on how they treat. That can mean treating you so you can feel good hands-on technique first hand, or talking you through their approach to different areas of the body and the home exercises they use. It's your choice, and either way you'll come away with practical skills you can use straight away.

What the practice looks like

• Small, established private practice with a close team
• Mostly adult patients with general presentations across the whole body
• Funding mix of private health, EPC, WorkCover and DVA, with no NDIS
• Hands-on treatment combined with exercise and education
• Access to exercise based rehab facilities for suitable patients
• Steady local referrals and an established patient base

What you'll be doing

• Assessing and treating a wide range of MSK presentations
• Combining manual therapy with exercise prescription and home programs
• Managing EPC, WorkCover and DVA patients, including the paperwork
• Explaining conditions clearly so patients feel confident with their plan
• Building your caseload with the support of an established practice

What we're looking for

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist (QLD registration or ability to register)
• Interest in private practice and general MSK work
• Keen to build strong hands-on skills and learn from an experienced clinician
• Friendly, clear communicator who connects well with patients
• Reliable and comfortable in a small team
• Early career clinicians welcome
