Job summary

Readyfit Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to join the Westmead clinic in a permanent full-time/part-time role. You will deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including private, Medicare, and insurance-based caseloads.

The role covers assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals. AHPA registration preferred; current AHPRA registration required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Australian Physiotherapy Association membership preferred.
• Experience in private practice or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with musculoskeletal and other physiotherapy conditions.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and document outcomes to professional standards.
• Provide patient education and self-management advice.
• Collaborate with GPs, specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Support clinic operations with scheduling and resource management.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices.
