This group practice was founded in 2017 with a clear mission: to provide people of all ages with allied health services that enhance physical, psychological, and social wellbeing. Today, they are a team of 70+ allied health professionals working across six key areas: aged care, home care, allied health centres, at-work, consulting, and in-hospital services. Their Toowoomba Allied Health Centre delivers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology services both in-clinic and across the community. Position Description

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community. You will be:



  • Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest

  • Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions

  • Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention

  • Running individual and group exercise programs, re-enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions

  • Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence

  • Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care

  • Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings


Position Requirements


  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy

  • Current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome)
