Job summary

Enable Fitness Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a large, supportive team delivering in-clinic care across multiple sites. The role focuses on neurological and complex disability rehabilitation, with mentoring and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

You will engage in long-term caseloads, provide 1:1 and group therapy, and grow professionally through leadership opportunities, PD sessions, and attendance at conferences.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with Australian work rights.
• New graduates welcome to apply; experienced clinicians preferred.
• Experience in neurological and complex disability therapy highly regarded.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy services to clients with neurological and complex disability conditions.
• Work in 1:1 or small group formats including hydrotherapy where available.
• Mentor early career physiotherapists and supervise placement students.
• Collaborate daily with a large multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to service improvement and patient outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll deliver Physiotherapy services to clients with a range of conditions including:

Neurological: SCI, ABI, Parkinson’s, MS, MND, stroke, CP

Complex/multi-trauma, amputee, and intellectual disability

1:1, small group 1:3, pilates reformer and hydrotherapy therapy formats

You’ll work closely with our Senior clinicians, Clinical Leads and Clinical Services Manager, and have opportunities to contribute to:

Service improvement and planning

Mentoring early career Physios and supporting placement students (if experienced)

Quality initiatives and team-based care planning
