Gen Health Hamilton is a progressive, values-driven allied health clinic based in the beautiful Western District of Victoria. We are proud to offer a truly collaborative and supportive team environment, where Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Science, and Occupational Therapy work together to deliver modern, evidence-based care to our regional community.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with 2+ years’ experience to join our dynamic team. This permanent role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ready to take the next step in their career.

We are also open to a Locum physiotherapist to cover an upcoming parental leave position. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a short-term placement within a supportive and progressive clinic, while contributing to our community’s health.

As a Senior Physiotherapist at Gen Health, you’ll manage a varied caseload with the opportunity to specialise in you are of interest and collaborate and learn from other practitioners in areas such as pelvic health, persistent pain, vestibular therapy, concussion management, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, GLA:D, hand therapy, TMJ dysfunction, and more. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to our clinic culture, support junior team members, and grow your leadership skills in a clinic that values your professional and personal wellbeing.

  • Holds current AHPRA registration

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in private practice or 4+ years in other clinical settings
  • Communicates effectively and thrives in a multidisciplinary team
  • Aligns with Gen Health’s values and mission: Together strengthening the health of our local community
  • Brings a proactive mindset, strong clinical reasoning, and a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Having an interest in contributing to team development and mentoring junior team is favourable but not necessary (the option to progress to a clinical supervisor role is available)
