Healthcare Australia is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to lead rehabilitation within our Wellness Centre, adjacent to residential aged care facilities in Melbourne. You will provide gerontological care across a hybrid caseload of clients, balancing one-on-one rehab with group classes.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, strong communication with residents and families, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary onsite team and local general practitioners.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• AHPRA registration is required to practice in Australia.
• Full working rights in Australia to work across the role.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or equivalent) to be completed as part of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary practitioner in the Wellness Centre.
• Deliver gerontological physiotherapy with a blend of group and individual sessions.
• Collaborate with an onsite multidisciplinary team and local GPs.
• Manage a diverse caseload including private clients and community referrals.
