Plena Healthcare is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to work in Residential Aged Care, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy programs within a multidisciplinary team. You will focus on mobility, functional improvement, and wellbeing, with care plan reviews and one-to-one or group sessions as needed.

The role welcomes clinicians from early to experienced stages, with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills desirable.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA and current practising certificate.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a person-centred approach.
• Ability to apply clinical reasoning to support mobility and wellbeing goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Lead mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team and support residents and families.
