AtB Mee Allied Health, we’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to help lead and develop our Physiotherapy services while continuing to do what you love — working clinically and making a difference to patients.
Established in2006, B Mee has been part of the Hervey Bay community for 20 years.
We’re looking for someone who wants to bring their experience to an established multidisciplinary practice,mentor other clinicians, influence clinical standards and help shape the next chapter of B Mee.
More responsibility shouldn’t mean more work at night.
At B Mee,we don’t want you doing notes, reports or catching up on paperwork at home.
Your working week includesallocated time for clinical notes, administration, catch-up and Clinical Lead responsibilities, supported by our dedicated administration team.
When you leave work, we want you to leave work.
$100,000–$125,000 + super, depending on experience
$50 + super for every billable hour above 6 hours/day
At 7–8 billable hours/day, this could add approximately$11,000–$22,000 per year, based on 44 working weeks

We’re not looking for a manager who spends their entire week behind a desk.
We’re looking for anexperienced clinician who still loves treating patients, but also enjoys helping other clinicians become better at what they do.
Maintain your own clinical caseload
Provide clinical leadership across our Physiotherapy service
Mentor and support Physiotherapists and new graduates
Support clinicians with complex presentations and clinical reasoning
Facilitate case discussions and peer learning
Help maintain high standards of evidence-based patient care
Contribute to clinical systems and quality improvement
Help develop and grow B Mee’s Physiotherapy services
Build relationships with local GPs, specialists and other health professionals
Work collaboratively within our broader multidisciplinary team
Most importantly,we want your ideas.
You’ve spent years developing your clinical experience. We want to give you the autonomy and support to put that experience to work and make a genuine contribution to where B Mee goes next.
You’ll be an experienced Physiotherapist whoholds, or is eligible to obtain, the appropriate Australian registration and accreditation required to practice as a Physiotherapist in Australia.
You don’t necessarily need to have held the title of Clinical Lead before.

Experience in private practice, musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, rehabilitation, chronic disease management or multidisciplinary care would be highly regarded.

International applicants are encouraged to apply provided theyhold, or are eligible to obtain, the qualifications, accreditation and AHPRA registration required to practice as a Physiotherapist in Australia.
Overseas-qualified Physiotherapists may need to have their qualifications assessed through the relevant Australian assessment and registration processes before commencing practice.
