Pegasus Peak Physiotherapy is seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join as an independent contractor across our Gregory Hills and Horningsea Park clinics in South-West Sydney. You will operate under your own ABN, see patients booked in our management system, and invoice the practice for your fee.

You must hold AHPRA registration, 3+ years post-qualification experience, NSW Working With Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS screening or willingness to obtain one, and have your own

Qualifications

• General registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA), current and unconditional.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
• Your own professional indemnity, public liability, medical malpractice, and travel insurance, for any travel undertaken in connection with the engagement.
• Your own ABN, through which you invoice for your services.
• Sound clinical judgement and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Pegasus Peak Physiotherapy – Gregory Hills NSW

Pegasus Peak Physiotherapy runs two clinics in South-West Sydney: Horningsea Park and Gregory Hills (inside a commercial gym). Both operate under the Pegasus Peak brand, with an active patient base, online bookings and administrative support in place.

The opportunity

We are seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join the practice as an independent contractor, through your own ABN. This is a contractor engagement, not employment. You are never an employee of Pegasus Peak Physiotherapy Pty Ltd or of any Pegasus Peak company, no employee entitlements arise from the engagement, and you invoice the practice for your fee. You will see patients booked and invoiced through the practice management system.

What you bring

As a Pegasus Peak physiotherapist, you will practise exclusively through the Pegasus Peak brand for the duration of your engagement with us. This arrangement is designed to protect the Pegasus Peak brand and goodwill,

provide patients with a clear and consistent experience, and ensure that patients accessing the practice know the organisation through which their physiotherapy services are being provided.

You will determine your preferred availability in consultation with the practice. This is not a traditional rostered position, and your working days and hours will be agreed based on your availability and the practice's appointment requirements.

You treat patients through the practice's booking system, and invoice the practice fortnightly for your fee, calculated on the fees billed on your patients. You are responsible for following up your patients' insurers and health funds on claims relating to your treatment.

• As a condition of the brand licence, you provide consultations to the sponsored athletes the practice nominates to you, on the sponsorship's own terms. Your fee share is calculated on the amount actually charged
• In return, practitioners who treat sponsored athletes are considered for the opportunity to provide services at events held under Pegasus Peak sponsorships, in Australia and overseas. This is voluntary, offered event by event, and the practice meets reasonable travel and accommodation costs as part of the programme
