What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.
