BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Port Macquarie is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and helping people stay independent at home.

You will work with an established team guided by our Well-Living approach, enjoying a flexible, supportive environment with no weekends or shift work and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing physiotherapy needs and developing programs for aged care clients.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Willingness to obtain a first aid certificate.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
