Job summary

Total Workfit Solutions (TWS) in Hobart is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to blend clinical care with workplace health and injury prevention. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on improving health, wellbeing and workplace outcomes across Tasmanian settings.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration required.
• Understanding of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
• Current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact people’s lives.
• Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in wellness and work journeys, including emerging technology.

Responsibilities

TWS is Tasmania’s largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, delivering services tailored to the local Tasmanian community.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Hobart team. This role offers the opportunity to combine workplace health and injury prevention services with clinic-based Physiotherapy, providing variety, flexibility and the chance to help shape and grow services within a supportive allied health environment.

Job Description

Unlike many workplace health roles, this position offers the opportunity to combine injury prevention and occupational health services with clinical Physiotherapy work.

At Total Workfit Solutions, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals who are passionate about improving the health, wellbeing and workplace outcomes of Tasmanians.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a proactive role focused on injury prevention, occupational health and wellbeing programs, while also having the scope to provide clinical Physiotherapy services from our Hobart clinic. You’ll work across a diverse range of settings, partnering with individuals and organisations to keep people healthy, safe and performing at their best.

Day-to-day, you will:
