Job summary

BlueCare in Gympie and surrounding regions is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to provide holistic, community‑based care. You will assess, diagnose and tailor plans to improve mobility and independence for clients with musculoskeletal, chronic and medical conditions.

You’ll develop treatment programs, educate clients and carers, and collaborate with GPs and nurses to ensure effective care plans. A current AHPRA registration and a valid Australian driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration – Essential.
• Experience in aged care or community setting.
• Current Australian driver’s license with a road‑worthy vehicle and insurance – Essential.
• Current CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, integrated physiotherapy care to improve mobility and independence.
• Develop new treatment programs to manage movement, pain and balance.
• Educate clients and carers on therapy aspects and self-management.
