Blue Care is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide holistic, community-based care across Rockhampton/Yeppoon, enhancing mobility and independence for clients with musculoskeletal conditions and chronic disease.
You will develop new treatment programs, tailor care plans, and collaborate with GPs and other health professionals to improve quality of life. Requires AHPRA registration, and Queensland lived experience in aged care or community settings is preferred.

Your part in our Blue Care team You'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life!
