Job summary

Mediix in Darwin is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join a well-established practice with a genuinely mixed caseload. You’ll work on rotator cuff rehab, return-to-work knee, and chronic back pain cases in a modern clinic that values patient time and quality care.

We welcome AHPRA-registered physiotherapists at all career stages; mentoring for newer graduates and autonomy for experienced clinicians are available in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered physiotherapist.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work across MSK, sports and chronic pain cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a mixed caseload.
• Document assessments and treatment plans with clear notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor junior clinicians as needed.

Mixed caseload

We're looking for a full-time Physiotherapist to join a well-established Darwin practice with a genuinely mixed caseload. One day you're working through a rotator cuff rehab, the next a return-to-work knee, then a chronic back pain patient who's ready to try something different. No cookie-cutter treatment rooms, no rushing patients through in 15 minutes, and no pressure to push product at the front desk.

The role

• Full-time, permanent
• Mixed private caseload — MSK, sports, chronic pain, workers comp, EPC/CDM, plus scope to build into your area of interest
• Modern clinic with a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Manageable diaries with proper time for assessment, treatment and notes
• Mentoring for early-career physios, autonomy for experienced clinicians
