Maximise Physiotherapy Clinic is growing and seeks passionate Physiotherapists to join our team across Palmerston, Casuarina and Humpty Doo. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you’ll have the opportunity to build a broad skillset or specialise in an area you’re passionate about.

We offer structured career progression from Junior to Senior to APA Titled Physiotherapist, plus weekly/fortnightly 1:1 mentoring, group mentoring, CPA CPD funding and postgraduate study support.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required; new graduates welcome.
• Interest in musculoskeletal, sports, neurological or occupational health physiotherapy.
• Passion for clinical development and patient outcomes.
• Team-focused and keen to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services across a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal rehab, sports physio, and occupational health.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver evidence-based care and patient education.
• Participate in a structured mentoring program and case reviews.
• Contribute to postgraduate study and CPD initiatives.
