Job summary

Yolk Agency Pty Ltd. in Melbourne's outer suburbs is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join a Cheltenham/Narre Warren clinic. You will maintain and grow relationships with private patients, providing evidence-based treatments to improve movement and reduce pain.

The role offers a collaborative, supportive team culture with mentoring, in-house training, and opportunities for professional development. Working hours align with clinic needs, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2+ years private practice experience.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills with the ability to structure and communicate an evidence-based treatment plan for clients.
• Willingness to follow through and develop professional relationships with referring practitioners.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and professional.

Responsibilities

Wage and bonuses:

$100,000 - $115,000 per year + super

About the role:

Reporting to the principal you will be working to maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships.

You will be an experienced practitioner who can provide physiotherapy to private patients etc.

My clients experienced physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions, including neck and back pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, work injuries, tendinopathy, headaches and chronic pain.

They focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms and creating personalised treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain and help you achieve lasting results.

General Job tasks and responsibilities:

You will be working in a modern clinic

On a daily basis you will be working with a diverse range of clients including musculoskeletal, a solid referral network of doctors and general practitioners

A structured mentoring program, in house training and ongoing professional development for external course work

A supportive, social and friendly environment

About you:

Based on your past experiences you will have a demonstrated ability to manage a range of client needs, prioritise effectively, and meet client needs.

You will possess outstanding client facing skills, while also having compassion for clients and passion for health best practice.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be a person who is always open to learning about new methods of health treatments to benefit our clients.

Key requirements:
