MannaCare Doncaster Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time max-term basis until 02 August 2027. You will provide physiotherapy services across centres or in clients' homes, focusing on holistic, client-centred care to support independence.

Requirements include a physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration, plus Home Care/Aged Care experience, strong organisational and communication skills, a Victorian driver’s licence, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Ideal: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in Home Care/Aged Care is essential.
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse clients with holistic, client-centred approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide physiotherapy services across Doncaster Rehabilitation Services centres or in clients' homes.
• Assess, diagnose and treat patients to restore function and independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ageing in place.
• Maintain high quality documentation and engagement with care plans.

MannaCare provides and maintains a range of services, including Residential Aged Care and Community Care. Our Community Care services encompass Home Care Packages, MCA FlexiCare, Home Maintenance Service, Community Respite & Social Support, and Rehabilitation & GymActive.

Job Description

Doncaster Rehabilitation Services (DRS) provides allied health and therapy services that assist older people to regain or maintain physical, functional and cognitive abilities, thereby facilitating them to remain living in the community. Services include physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy and podiatry.

We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our DRS team on a full time max term basis until 02 August 2027. Clients may be seen by physiotherapists individually or in a group setting, with services provided across our centres or in people's homes.

You will need the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registeration.
• Experience in Home Care/Aged Care
• Strong organisational, time management and communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse range of clients, with a focus on holistic, client‑centred practice and quality control
• Current Victorian Driver's licence
• Fluency in a language in addition to English highly regarded
