As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care to older adults living in the community, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work every day.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will help clients maintain their mobility, independence, function and safety through tailored assessments, goal‑focused interventions, exercise programs and rehabilitation.
Your work will enable older people to remain living confidently in their own homes, maintain their physical wellbeing and continue engaging in the activities that matter to them.
You will work closely with clients, families, Case Managers, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, person‑centred care aligned with individual goals and preferences. This role requires regular travel across the community to visit clients in their homes.
