A healthcare organization in Australia is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to join their team. This casual position involves providing high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments, including hydrotherapy, within a multidisciplinary setting. Candidates must have current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and be available to work weekends. The role offers competitive hourly rates and additional benefits such as discounts on hospital services.
You will work alongside the multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical physiotherapy to clients/patients using evidence based clinical practice skills. Our areas of speciality include inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, surgical, general medicine, oncology, and ICU. Rotation throughout these wards is available along with mentoring and supervision for graduates and Grade 1s.
We are currently hiring for a casual position, and the role requires candidates who are available to work on weekends. Shifts will be rostered Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.36pm with one weekend every 4 weeks (approximately); weekend shift times vary and will be 4 to 7.6 hours in length.
You will need current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and experience in provision of Physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments.
