Job summary

Smile Physiotherapy and Podiatry Eastwood is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist for our Five Dock clinic in NSW. You will provide 1:1 assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, sports and post-operative patients, working independently within a supportive team.

You will design and progress individualized exercise programs, maintain accurate clinical notes, and communicate with referring GPs. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Private practice experience preferred.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist required.
• Excellent communication and ability to guide patients through care plans.

This is a Physiotherapist position within a medical centre in Five Dock, Sydney NSW. You will provide 1:1 assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, sports and post-operative patients, working independently while being part of a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• 1:1 assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, sports and post-operative patients
• Work independently

• Accurate clinical notes and communication with referring GPs
• Support patient retention through clear education and consistent follow-up

About you

• Experience in a private practice setting preferred
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Excellent verbal communication - able to explain assessment findings, treatment rationale and long-term care plans clearly, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide patients through a full course of care
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or a visa with unrestricted work rights).

$100,000 - $120,000 per annum + fortnightly performance incentives
