Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a motivated physiotherapist to join a busy South West Sydney practice. You will diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, design personalised treatment plans, and apply hands-on therapies in a collaborative clinic with a focus on patient education.

You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, using our on-site gym for exercise prescription and ongoing professional development to advance your skills and career.

Qualifications

• Current professional registration with AHPRA, SIRA and APA indemnity insurance.
• CPR Certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Minimum 2 years MSK experience (highly recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing a variety of different musculoskeletal and/or sporting injuries.
• Drawing on your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing the appropriate manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities as per the treatment plan.
• Maintain a high standard of communication, both written and verbal, with our patients, referring GP's, and other Allied Health Professionals.
• Display excellent time management skills while working independently and as part of the team.
• Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports or treatment management plans to update referrers.

About the job A great career opportunity to work in an established Physiotherapy practice in South West Sydney. We are looking for a motivated physiotherapist who has excellent clinical, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Our practice focuses on providing hands‑on treatment, exercise prescription with the use of our on‑site gym, and patient education. We see a variety of patients including musculoskeletal injuries, general chronic conditions, acute presentations from Private, WorkCover/CTP, Medicare (EPC) and DVA patients. We are a close working team and a practice that values a positive work culture with work‑life balance.

Our clinic has a hands‑on treatment model as well a prescribing exercise. Our physios are proficient in Manual therapy, Sports taping, dry needling, cupping, Mulligans Method, with specialisation in headaches, TMD and pelvic floor. The applicant preferably has some experience or interest in the above techniques.

We encourage professional development, and will provide the opportunity to learn and collaborate through in‑services, tutorials with our senior physios.

In this role you will be:
