Experienced Physiotherapist role in Caloundra with $90K-$110K + Super, 9-day fortnight, flexible start times, $1,500 PD allowance & access to EAP., Step into a full-time Physiotherapist role in Caloundra, supporting elderly residents through rehabilitation, mobility programs, assessments and ongoing clinical intervention within a residential aged care setting.
- Focused Aged Care Caseload: Work directly with elderly residents, with the majority of your caseload focused on rehabilitation and improving mobility.
- Varied Clinical Work: Provide initial assessments, mobility exercises and ongoing physiotherapy intervention, alongside delivering group classes.
- Dedicated Admin Time: Allocated admin time is incorporated into your working day alongside face-to-face therapy sessions.
- Your own Office Space: to complete admin tasks, plans etc.
- Flexible Working Hours: Choose and early or late start
- Professional Development: Receive a $1,500 annual PD allowance covering in-house training, guest speakers, external training courses and supervision. External supervision can also be provided if required.
- Structured Onboarding: Your Operations Manager will meet with you and work alongside you during your first week, helping you settle into the role and facility. You will also have the support of the facility team to introduce you to clients, care plans etc.
- Supportive Team: Work closely with a kind, collaborative facility team throughout the delivery of resident care.
- Career Progression: Continue developing beyond your clinical caseload with opportunities to take on senior responsibilities, including providing clinical supervision and supporting other members of the team across the organisation.
- Tri-Annual Salary Reviews: Salary reviews are conducted three times per year, with potential increases based on performance and career development.

About the Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- General AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Tri-Annual Salary Reviews
- 9-Day Fortnight Option + Flexible Start & Finish Times
- $1,500 Annual PD Allowance + Leadership Pathway
