Job summary

Remedy Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in the Caboolture/Bribie area. The role offers both full-time and part-time positions with a focus on delivering care in patients’ homes and in community settings.

You will work to the top of your scope, engaging in evidence-based assessments and interventions while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teammates and accessing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Community or hospital physiotherapy experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a roadworthy insured vehicle.
• AHPRA registration is unrestricted and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions in the home.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Engage in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team in the Caboolture/Bribie Area. This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes:
  • Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
  • Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor
