Job summary

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Rehab Services Staff Physical Therapist to join our I CARE team in the Rehab Department. Essential duties include providing high-quality patient care with evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning, delivering therapy across inpatient, outpatient, and extended care settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana.
• Graduation from an accredited professional program.

Responsibilities

• Align rehabilitation services with organizational mission, vision and strategic goals of Sidney Health Center.
• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily treatment for physical therapy for a variety of clients.
• Use differential diagnosis to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities to provide a plan of care.
• Document via EHR with proper documentation and necessity for reimbursement for treatment.
• Work with a variety of clients in inpatient, outpatient, extended care and specialty rehab services as needed by the department.
• Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and consistent care standards across service lines.

Physical Therapist ~ Rehab Services

Employment Status: Full-time.

Start Date: Preferably September 21st, 2026

Hours per two-week pay-period: 35-40 hours per week

Compensation: $40 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Graduation from an accredited professional program

Certifications and Licenses:

• Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
