Job summary

Our client, a rapidly expanding forex broker in Chatswood, is seeking a passionate PHP Developer to join the software development team. You will contribute to backend services and API integrations in a growing trading company led by experienced professionals.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in backend roles, strong Laravel experience, and solid knowledge of TDD, REST, MySQL and NoSQL databases. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a back-end development role.
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks – Laravel.
• Familiarity with TDD, REST API, MySQL.
• Experience with NOSQL databases and related implementations.
• Previous experience with GIT is advantageous.
• Proficiency in modern development principles and practices (Design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, TDD).

• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP/Laravel.
• Implement RESTful APIs and data model designs.
