About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to install, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, and multifunctional office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Setup: Deliver, install, and configure photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs on-site or in the workshop.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Parts & Inventory Management: Order and replace defective parts as needed while keeping accurate records of inventory usage.
  • Software & Network Integration: Assist with connecting devices to networks, installing drivers, and troubleshooting software-related issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback for each job completed.
  • Travel to client locations for on-site support - company vehicle & fuel allowance supplied
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment. Working with tools and electronic components in office or workshop settings.
