About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to install, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, and multifunctional office equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, troubleshooting abilities, and excellent customer service skills to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Setup: Deliver, install, and configure photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices at client locations.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs on-site or in the workshop.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Parts & Inventory Management: Order and replace defective parts as needed while keeping accurate records of inventory usage.
  • Software & Network Integration: Assist with connecting devices to networks, installing drivers, and troubleshooting software-related issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback for each job completed.
  • Travel to client locations for on-site support - company vehicle & fuel allowance supplied
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
  • Working with tools and electronic components in office or workshop settings.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Photocopier Technician or similar technical role
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of photocopiers, printers, and multifunctional devices (brands such as Konica Minolta, Toshiba, etc.).
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, out of the box thinking to find solutions and have a drive for ownership and communication skills.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as effectively within a team
