Job summary

St Vincent’s Curran Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Campaign Manager to lead multi-year fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts and partnering with clinicians and senior leaders to shape healthcare investment in Australia.

You will design and deliver integrated campaigns, craft compelling proposals, nurture relationships with philanthropists, and work with marketing, events and development teams to achieve ambitious health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in major gifts or campaign fundraising within health, education, research, or the arts.
• Natural relationship builder who inspires trust and generosity.
• Confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into powerful stories.
• Organised, strategic, and values-driven with CRM and project management skills.

Responsibilities

They are seeking a Philanthropy Campaign Manager to play a key role in securing major philanthropic investment for some of the most ambitious health initiatives in the country, from life-changing medical research and imaging technology to capital campaigns that shape the future of care and social impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts ($10K+).
• Develop compelling proposals and support senior leaders in donor engagement.
• Build meaningful relationships with philanthropists and communicate the impact of their giving.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and development teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.
• Champion the Foundation’s mission — compassion, justice, integrity, and excellence.
