University of Melbourne invites applications for several Graduate Researcher Academic Associate positions in History and Theory within the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning. These roles are 0.2 FTE part-time fixed-term for 24 months, open to PhD students with built environment history and theory focus.

You will teach, prepare, consult with students, monitor boards, mark projects, manage submissions, and participate in at least 30 hours of paid professional development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in PhD in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Teaching tutorials, seminars, and workshops.
• Prepare teaching material and provide student consultations.
• Monitor discussion boards, respond to queries, and conduct revision sessions.
• Mark a share of project submissions and manage submissions.
