Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Team Leader to take on a hands-on leadership role in a busy hospital pharmacy. You will remain involved in daily pharmacy activities while coordinating and supporting the technician team to ensure efficient operations.

You will guide technicians, work closely with Pharmacists and leadership, and contribute to maintaining stock control and high-quality medication services for patients across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated supervision or mentoring of pharmacy technicians.
• Strong focus on quality and patient care within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Pharmacy Technicians.
• Coordinate team activities and resources to support efficient pharmacy operations.
• Remain actively involved in medication supply, preparation, and broader technician duties.
