Job summary

Slade Pharmacy Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Icon Oncology Group, seeks a Pharmacy Student for a hands-on hospital pharmacy placement. Gain practical experience while supporting dispensing, ward deliveries, and patient care within a dynamic clinical setting.

Open to 3rd and 4th year Pharmacy Students with Australian working rights. Flexible weekday shifts with a 12-hours-per-fortnight schedule, starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Pharmacy degree in Australia in 2027
• Professional, confidential and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Valid Australian working rights for at least 12 months from commencement

Responsibilities

• Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
• Delivery of medications to hospital wards
• Inventory control and management
• Process sales transactions and assist with account queries
