Overview

For over 60 years, Pharmacy 777 has been a leader in our dedication to the provision of health services and patient care in the community. Our South Perth Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, patient-focused and community-minded Pharmacy Manager on a Permanent Full-Time basis who is dedicated to our cause – helping people. The position is anticipated to begin in mid-October with support during transition from the current Manager provided.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Proprietor, the successful candidate will be trained in and be responsible for practicing and providing the 777 Fundamentals, Foundational Services and Allied Health Services whereby embracing the patient-engagement model to have a collective impact on the greater community. You will be integral to the development of our people and our business.

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy 777 Pharmacy Manager, you will provide exceptional holistic patient care, liaising with allied health professionals, engaging with the community and guiding, supporting and mentoring team members. You are ambitious, proactive and are open and willing to learn, have initiative and work well within a team environment. It is also expected that you will be AHPRA registered, with excellent communication and relationship building skills, a commercial acumen and are committed to your on-going personal and professional development. Previous management experience is desirable though not essential.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (without conditions or undertakings)
• Community Pharmacy experience preferred
• Eligible to administer immunisation
• Confident, with effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate focus for patient care and interaction
• Excellent personal presentation and a positive attitude
• Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Australia)
• Have the right to live and work in Australia
• Enjoys their role and sharing their knowledge and a laugh with their team
• Previous management experience is desirable though not essential
