Job summary

United Chemists Lillybrook is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant on a casual basis to join our store team. You will help customers find products, process transactions, and keep shelves neat and well stocked.

You will work with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth store operations and deliver outstanding service. Previous pharmacy or retail experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience handling cash and operating registers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable and proactive work ethic
• A willingness to learn and grow within the business
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries
