United Chemists Lillybrook is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding service.

You will be part of a collaborative team, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance, maintaining accurate pricing and stock, and processing transactions with care.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience handling cash and operating registers is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries
