Scaffidi Group is recruiting Pharmacy Assistants for Alice Springs locations, including United Chemists, Priceline Pharmacy, and Alice Springs Pharmacy. Positions cover casual and full-time hours at dedicated store sites, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.

You will work closely with the Retail Manager in a collaborative team, ensuring accurate transactions, stock management, and merchandising.

About the roles:

Scaffidi Group is currently recruiting for multiple Casual and Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants across our network of pharmacies in Alice Springs, including United Chemists Alice Springs, Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs, and Alice Springs Pharmacy. Each successful candidate will be based at a dedicated store location.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role where no two days are the same.

You will:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
