Job summary

CW Retail Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy store network. This role offers flexible hours, with part-time, full-time and casual shifts available across our locations.

You will help customers, maintain shelves, and process sales while supporting promotional displays and stock management. Training and staff discounts are part of the role within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained and Certificates I-III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

A typical day might look like:

- Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly

- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels

- Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system

- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
