As a key team member, you’ll build relationships with customers and colleagues, respond to enquiries, and support loyalty programs, ensuring smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our vibrant team at Priceline Pharmacy Rhodes. If you love helping people, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they find what they need.
• Provide product knowledge and expert advice to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Handle sales at the registers, including Sister Club Card queries and processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation to the highest standards, ensuring the store is tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Ensure smooth customer flow at the registers by acknowledging waiting customers and calling for assistance when needed.
• Promote and maintain our customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, referring to the manager as necessary.
