Job summary

Brighton Discount Drug Store in Brisbane's northern bayside area is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly, professional customer service and Lotto support. The role includes cashier duties, stock handling and creating an inviting shop floor, with ongoing training provided.

The successful applicant will work around 20–25 hours per week, with regular weekend rostering in a busy community pharmacy environment. Competitive remuneration based on experience.

This is a permanent part-time position at Brighton Discount Drug Store. The roster will include regular weekend work. Brighton is conveniently located on Brisbane's northern bayside near Sandgate and within easy reach of Redcliffe.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Assisting customers with pharmacy products and general health enquiries
• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions
• Providing Lotto services to customers

• Maintaining attractive and well-organised displays
• Supporting promotional activities and catalogue changes
• Helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient pharmacy
• Working closely with pharmacists and other team members
