Job summary

National Pharmacies is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant for our Ringwood East store to bring energy, care and great service to our customers. You will be the friendly face, help grow our member community, keep the floor stocked and tidy, and assist with merchandising while following S2/S3 protocols and referring to the pharmacist when needed.

Qualifications

• S2/S3 pharmacy assistant qualifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Unlimited work rights to apply.
• Availability for weekends and afternoons.
• Pharmacy or retail experience is a bonus; Certificate II/III is a plus.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service.
• Positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face to improve every customer visit.
• Help grow member community and hit engagement targets.
• Keep the retail floor stocked, tidy, and presentable.
• Spot opportunities to boost sales with advice and merchandising.
• Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols; refer to the pharmacist when needed.
• Set up eye-catching promotions and campaigns.
• Handle POS transactions accurately.
