Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant for its Penrith Central NSW location. This role supports customers, maintains shelves, and processes point‑of‑sale transactions in a busy store environment.

The position offers ongoing training, staff discounts, and flexible rosters, with opportunities across multiple Chemist Warehouse and related brand stores. Prior S2/S3 training and formal Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or pharmacy customer service is preferred.
• S2 & S3 training and Cert I–III in Community Pharmacy are highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate transaction handling.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries and maintain shelves and stock levels.
• Replenish stock and manage inventory.
• Serve customers and process purchases at the POS.
• Set up promotional displays for catalogue campaigns.
