Job summary

Chemist Warehouse is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to support busy stores with customer service, stock replenishment and POS transactions.

With part-time, full-time and casual hours available, you’ll receive ongoing training and development, staff discounts, an Employee Assistance Program and flexible rosters as part of a dynamic, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 and S3 training and Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Experience with a POS system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries and process transactions using the POS system.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Set up store displays for catalogue promotions.
• Assist with stock control and customer service throughout shifts.
