Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Forest Glen is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced store in Forest Glen, QLD. We offer flexible hours (part-time, full-time, casual) across our store network and provide comprehensive on-the-job training, enabling growth within the company.

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will help customers, stock shelves, operate the POS system, and participate in stock replenishment and display setup for catalogue promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
• Assist customers with general queries
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
• This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.
