Chemist Warehouse Helensvale is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced team. With flexible hours across part-time, full-time and casual shifts, you’ll help customers, stock shelves, process purchases, and set up displays in a busy store.

We value excellent customer service, a friendly manner, and a willingness to learn; on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the Pharmacy network are available, with support for pharmacy study paths.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Help customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure transactions run smoothly.
• Assist customers with general queries.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.
