Job summary

Ramsay Pharmacy Bundaberg is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis. You will support day-to-day operations, assist customers with over-the-counter products, process sales and help the pharmacy team, while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.

To succeed, you should have strong communication skills, previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting, and a positive attitude.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy Bundaberg on a permanent part-time basis. About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
• Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate S2/S3 qualification is desirable, however not mandatory
• Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
