Job summary

Star Pharmacy Group in North Haven is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant for a part-time role. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, advise on health and beauty products, handle cash at the till, and support stock management.

Ideally pharmacy or retail experience; 20 hours per week with weekend availability; training opportunities offered while you contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
• Good computer and cash handling skills.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.

Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

Invoicing and stocktaking

Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
